The Vascular Surgery Center of Excellence is Idaho’s leading center for the treatment of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD).

Led by Dr. Elliot Adams, we specialize in advanced, minimally-invasive procedures focused on restoring circulation, preventing amputation, and saving legs. As the regional experts in limb salvage, our singular mission is to restore blood flow and prevent amputations in Idaho and beyond.

Dr. Adams is a well-known and respected vascular surgeon in the medical community, with nationally-recognized expertise in such conditions as peripheral arterial disease (PAD), carotid intervention, and aortic surgery. Dr. Adams graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2015. He completed a highly-competitive residency in vascular and endovascular surgery at Charleston Area Medical Center. There, he trained under internationally renowned vascular and cardiothoracic surgeons, developing a foundation of clinical skill and academic excellence that guides his patient care. Dr. Adams has written numerous peer-reviewed publications in the Journal of Vascular Surgery and other medical journals. He is active in academic circles and stays up-to-date on the latest technology and advancements in vascular surgery and interventional techniques.
